As an experienced life and recovery coach, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges. Trained through the highly accredited Coach Training Alliance, my approach is rooted in meeting clients where they are and building personalized plans to help them lead more fulfilling lives. My coaching and care management focus on personal development, with the goal of empowering clients to create lasting change.

With over 30 years of long-term recovery from childhood trauma and substance abuse, I deeply understand the struggles of getting sober and navigating the complexities of early sobriety. These personal and professional experiences have equipped me to guide others toward holistic solutions, combining personal coaching with industry expertise to address life's challenges.

Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership positions such as Director of Business Development, Director of Operations, and Interim Executive Director within the substance use treatment industry. Prior to my work in recovery, I spent over 25 years in retail, managing multi-million-dollar businesses for top fashion brands. This experience honed my communication skills and provided a comprehensive understanding of the stresses of running an organization. I use this knowledge to connect with clients, whether they’re established in their careers or need practical steps to re-enter the workforce. As an entrepreneur, I also understand the drive and resilience that comes with pursuing your own business ventures.
